Return and Refund Policy

At Tiger Australia (“we”, “us”, or “our”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Certain items are exempt from returns, including personal care products, gift cards, and sale items (if applicable).

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@tigeraustralia.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Do not send back any items without receiving return authorisation from our team.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item(s).

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged, and subject to stock availability.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@tigeraustralia.com.au for assistance.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This Return and Refund Policy does not limit or replace your rights under the ACL.
