Shipping policy

Tiger Australia offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $8.99. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.99 for each item. Upon dispatch, you will be emailed a tracking number. By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order.

To ensure every order is prepared with care, a one‑business‑day packaging and handling period applies before dispatch.

Standard Shipping

• 2-5 business days VIC & NSW

• 3-7 business days, ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro 

• 4-10 business days WA, NT and most regional areas*

Express Shipping

• 2-3 business days VIC & NSW

• 2-4 business days ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro

• 3-5 business days WA, NT and most regional areas*
